Kale, Pineapple & Banana Smoothie Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of Kale
- 500 ml Water/almond milk/yogurt
Kale, Pineapple & Banana Smoothie Method Instructions
– Chop the pineapple into slices or cubes, if you’re using a whole pineapple then put the rest in an airtight container for another use. Slice the banana and get a cup of frozen kale (leave in the freezer overnight).
– Use 500ml of water or your preference of mixture.
– Combine all in your smoothie maker, for a refreshing banana, kale and pineapple smoothie
For additional sweetness add in a splash of cinnamon to the mix. If you want to keep you drink refreshing you could also add in some ice cubes or freeze the fruit in an air tight container to use in the morning.
